FTP over SSH

Woohoo I finally got FTP over SSH working! Now I can use some clients on my local box to edit files securely over FTP but SSH as the transport so it send the data securely. Some HTML editors that I have support FTP, so this will allow me to use them and be secure at the same time.

It did require some config changes on my ProFTPD install.

# This will allow FTP over an SSH tunnel AllowForeignAddress on
Otherwise you start to see a lot of these in your syslog:

SECURITY VIOLATION: Passive connection from {host} rejected More info found on the ProFTPD page.
