I been administering a Novell Environment for over 3 years. By experience Novell products sucks due to the fact that Novell product quality over is poor and the TCO is very high due to dificult products deployments and lack of dumentation and third parties product support. Netware have a good vision but as soon as they put out a product it only causes headaches. Identity management have a good vision but still sucks due to lack of ducumentation.
