Since FC3 doesn't come with XMMS you have to acquire it directly. I downloaded the SRC RPM from xmms.org and rebuilt it. To do so you'll need the following RPMs installed.

glib-devel
gtk+-devel
libvorbis-devel
alsa-lib-devel
