If you want to use to Quake 3 to benchmark your computer you can use the demo command. If you want to loop the demo simply do the following

timedemo 1 set loop1 "demo four;wait;set nextdemo vstr loop2" set loop2 "demo demo001;wait;set nextdemo vstr loop1" vstr loop1
