I just downloaded CDex which rips and encodes MP3s from your CDs. There are lots of utilities out there that do this same thing, but the best part about this one is that it lets you choose your encoder. Some of the other All-in-one tools don't, and you don't know the quality of the MP3 you'll be getting. Much better to used a tried and true codec like lame, or BladeEnc.
