The Watchmen Rules!

"Watchmen" has been named one of the 100 greatest English-language novels published since 1923 by Time magazine. The 1985-86 graphic novel, by writer Alan Moore and artist Dave Gibbons, is the only graphic novel to make the list. It's also the most popular book on the list according to reader's votes, beating out the likes of "The Lord of the Rings," "1984" and "To Kill a Mockingbird." The series marks its 20th anniversary this year with DC having published just this month an oversize hardcover "Absolute Edition" of the series that features new coloring supervised by original colorist John Higgins.
