The latest XBMC will act as a UPnP client. I just loaded it onto my old Xbox and it "saw" my MythTV shows automatically. I can watch anything my MythTV recorded on my Xbox will no configuration. For some reason the Fast Forward/Rewind locks the video up, but otherwise it plays flawlessly.
