System Log is Full?
What genius came up with the idea that the system log for Windows NT can be "full." It's a log file! They're not supposed to fill up!

Go to "Event Viewer" under "Admin Tools" in "Start Menu".
Go to "Log Settings" under "File Menu" and change "Max Log Size" and select option to "Overwrite as needed".
You should probably do this for ALL three logs - select them from the drop down menu up the top.
