KDE Growl Interface
KDE 4.x has a nice unobtrusive growl interface. You can interface with it by using the kdialog command.
kdialog --passivepopup "Your popcorn is ready sir" 5kdialog has lots of other options than just --passivepopup also.

This is not a growl interface. Do you even know what an interface is???
